You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without any charges. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment between 23 and 48 hours before your appointment time, you will automatically be charged 50% of your appointment total. For cancellations or rescheduling less than 23 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to serve all our clients efficiently.
